Spirituality as a Reading and Self-Reflective Practice

Join us on November 11, 2025

In this class, we focus on two classic texts:

  • When Things Fall Apart Hear Advice for Difficult Times by Pema Chödrön (CLICK)

  • The Tibetan Book of the Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche (CLICK)

The goal of this six-week class is to increase focus, create a routine meant to soothe the nervous system and become an online community whose purpose is to learn from classic spiritual texts.

  • What is spiritual self care?

  • What does it feel to be grounded in a faith of your choosing?

The instructor will provide reflective questions via the Uvita app.

We meet via zoom for two 1.5 hour sessions per week - on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST

We will gather in person for the last session at a coffee shop in Manhattan.

Time: 3 hours per week plus reading and answering questions outside of class.

Investment: $2,000.00 payable via Zelle at riverasantoscoaching@gmail.com. There are no refunds for these workshops, so if an individual is unable to attend, the person can join us on one of the next workshops.

Sign up today and secure your seat!

See you there!
