Join us for the first class in a series!
The slope gets slippery when you meet self-doubt and rethink life decisions. Consider rising to higher ground with this six-week class: Spirituality as a Reading and Self-Reflective Process.
We will read two books, and participants will receive questions from the instructor, Ms. Rivera-Santos, and she can be reached via email should you have additional questions: riverasantoscoaching@gmail.com.
Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 PM EST for six weeks. In between courses, participants receive daily questions, bite-sized learning, or micro-coaching-style practices from the instructor.
