Introducing Passport to Well-Being

Your Mobile Companion and Community

Hello there!

Welcome to our new and exciting well-being project. Just as a passport facilitates exploration of different countries, this passport will introduce you to a journey of self-discovery and personal growth through the dimensions of psychological well-being. In a metaphorical sense, holding a passport empowers us to cross borders, explore, learn, and renew ourselves. Every “stamp” represents a new destination and a purposeful connection with colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging.

Thank you so much for helping us co-create a meaningful and essential tool for school nurses (and all nurses). Together, we will find the best strategies to navigate day-to-day challenges and enhance resilience across all aspects of our lives. Always remember that well-being is forged over time, within each of us and in community.

We'll gather monthly on Zoom until May and in between, expect weekly digital "nudges" to keep us connected and engaged. They'll be short and enjoyable, we promise!

Please know that we are ready to hear your reactions, ideas, and suggestions!

To get started, click one of the links below to download the app named Uvita: Your life, then sign up and use "courage" as the invitation code. (Uvita's icon color is blue in both Apple and Android stores. The invitation code is not case-sensitive)

That’s all for now. We are looking forward to sharing this adventure with you!

Our Story

Our story started from an Uber trip in West Philly while studying for a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. During the trip, we noticed that the well-being resources created by our professors and alumni were not accessible to the surrounding community in West Philadelphia. Our Uber driver was obviously inspired and motivated by those positive nudges. Our team realized how resource-intensive it is for positive psychology practitioners to easily and consistently share their work and meet people where they are. This Uber trip inspired Uvita’s team to develop a creator platform that empowers practitioners to make a bigger positive impact around the world.
